What is EFT?

"The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system."
—Gary Craig

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a simple and profound method for helping the body, mind, and spirit to work together in improved harmony.

Developed by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer, and containing elements familiar to acupuncture and neuro-linguistic programming, EFT brings powerful results and pleasing relief to many people in situations where nothing else has.

By involving pressure points along the body’s meridian-based energy system--in conjunction with right/left brain involvement and focused intent-- EFT brings freedom from negative and addictive attitudes and behaviors; relief from physical discomforts and chronic pains; and results in improved relationships and enhanced confidence; as well as the potential for increased inspiration and success in the various aspects of life.

EFT produces long-lasting results, many of which are apparently permanent. People experiencing the benefits of EFT often find themselves forever free from self-sabotage, psychological reversal, and limiting conditions.

Relief can be just a phone call away. Just send an email to schedule a time, and you can experience your own personal EFT session over the phone. See Personal EFT Sessions for information on pricing and details.

Important note:
While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be in the experimental stage and thus you must take complete responsibility for your use of it, and for your own well-being. If in doubt, please consult a licensed health professional.
