What is EFT?
"The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system."
—Gary Craig
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a simple and profound method for helping the body, mind, and spirit to work together in improved harmony.
Developed by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer, and containing elements familiar to acupuncture and neuro-linguistic programming, EFT brings powerful results and pleasing relief to many people in situations where nothing else has.
By involving pressure points along the body’s meridian-based energy system--in conjunction with right/left brain involvement and focused intent-- EFT brings freedom from negative and addictive attitudes and behaviors; relief from physical discomforts and chronic pains; and results in improved relationships and enhanced confidence; as well as the potential for increased inspiration and success in the various aspects of life.
EFT produces long-lasting results, many of which are apparently permanent. People experiencing the benefits of EFT often find themselves forever free from self-sabotage, psychological reversal, and limiting conditions.
