EFT and Healthy Weight Loss
Numerous factors can contribute to a person’s difficulty in losing weight.
Interestingly enough, one of the potential deterrents to people losing unhealthy weight is the very term “weight loss.” The more a person lives their life in the fear of loss, the more their subconscious will try to help them keep from losing whatever it can. And that includes excess weight.
